Palette Session is a non-profit experimental dance collective.

We bring street dancers, artists and curious individuals across Australia and globally to create spaces for experimentation and movement exchange.

Palette Session was founded in South Korea in 2022 by choreographer CHAEDO while studying at a street dance university. Rooted in street dance practices of cyphering, jamming, and labbing, CHAEDO developed freestyle exercises to expand and exchange movement vocabularies.

Following a yearlong internship with Palette Session in South Korea (2022–2023), Dylan Goh established Palette Session’s first international chapter in Sydney in 2024.
